About this space
Our bright, children-friendly apartment is situated in a quiet street which is just parallel to one of the main streets leading into the city center. It's 2 minutes walk from a tram station with direct connection to the main station (5 stops with tram, or 8 minutes walk from the next bus station, within 5-10 minutes walk from 4 supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, drug store, bakery, various restaurants and a large park (Arthur Brettschneider park). There’s a small playground for children in front of the house. Our apartment is non-smoking and doesn't allow any pets. Our kitchen is completely vegan, and you may store some of your food in our fridge, thus we ask you not to bring in any obvious non-vegan food. Feel free to ask us anything that we might have forgotten to mention. We hope to welcome you soon to "Heipzig" or "The new Berlin", as Leipzig is preferably called by some ;)
The space
Your room is approximately 15m2. You have a bed that can either be used as single-bed (90x200cm) or can be pulled out to be used as king-bed (180x200cm), thus is also suitable for a small family of 3 or 4. There’s a wooden wardrobe in your room, a shelf and an enlargeable table for you to use. We'll provide bed linen and a bath towel during your stay. Your room is closed via a lockable door for your privacy. Opposite your room is the small bathroom. Next to the bathroom are the kitchen and the children’s room, which is used as the living room during daytime.

Other things to note
On the street is free parking. It's generally quiet, however during the day, the staircase may be a little noisy since it's an old house.

You can book our services to the following price conditions: - 60mn: 60€ - 90mn: 85€ - 120mn: 115€ Intake to examine your physical conditions as well as setting a clear purpose before commencing the coaching sessions is free.
