Bright Bachelor Suite by Dog Park, Lake & Trails

The space

This is a bright and welcoming private bachelor suite located in the basement of a newer home, completed in January 2026. The suite is fully self-contained and separate from the main living area, offering guests a comfortable and private space to relax.

The open-concept layout includes a sleeping area with a king-sized bed, a large couch that pulls out into a double sleeping area, and a cozy living space—ideal for one to four guests. The suite is filled with natural light and features all new appliances, including a full-size washer and dryer exclusively for guest use. The bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower for your comfort.

The suite has its own private entrance, and off-street parking is available for guest use. Windows face the backyard, which is reserved for the main home, but blinds provide plenty of privacy when desired.

Entertainment is easy with cable TV (you can log into your own Netflix and Prime), and high-speed fibre internet (250 Mbps) included.

A family of four lives in the main home above, including two adults, two teenagers, and two dogs. The household is generally quiet, though guests may occasionally hear normal day-to-day living sounds from above.

The kitchen

The suite features a private kitchen with all new appliances as of January 2026. It includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, and plenty of counter space for meal prep.

Other things to note

A family of four lives in the main home above, including two adults, two teenagers, and two friendly dogs. The household is generally quiet, though guests may occasionally hear normal day-to-day living sounds from above starting at 6am (but we try to be quiet - mostly dog walking can be heard).
