Nestled in a residential part of Hackney, the vegan capital of London, just a 6min walk from Homerton station, with bus stops in front of the house and great transport links into the city. The flat is sat on the 4th floor of a purpose-built apartment block with a lift - and a communal rooftop terrace you can use for your al fresco breakfast or a sundowner drink.

The flat is finished to the highest specs, including hardwood floors & underfloor heating, double-glazed windows, 65'' OLED TV, high-end HiFi system, induction hob, oven, Blendtec high-speed blender, air fryer, washer-dryer & kingsize bed.

The 65'' TV has a Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription and supports AirPlay and Google ChromeCast, all of which you are most welcome to use. There is also a punchy bluetooth speaker in the bedroom for your morning tunes. Oh, and a kickass coffee roastery just downstairs, if you fancy a fresh brew..

The kitchen has never seen any animal products, as I completely renovated it when moving in earlier this year! I'm easygoing about guests bringing dairy products in for the duration of their stay, but would kindly ask you not to store/cook any meat products in my kitchen. Otherwise feel free to help yourself to a wide selection of spices and condiments (isn't it always such a pain when travelling and having to buy a litre of olive oil when you only need a tbsp..)

While there are no free parking spaces in London, I can provide you with heavily discounted day parking permits for £6 a day (Mon-Fri, free on weekends) if you're arriving by car. Just let me know if advance and I'll order those with the council.
