Conveniently located just 1 hour from Dulles International Airport. Mins away from Martinsburg airport. Brand new home in a brand new community. Free car parking, convenient to local grocery shops, restaurants and local attractions

Private bedroom for one guest and detached private bath. Living room, TV, kitchen and dining areas are common. Free Wi-Fi, free car parking, closet space and nice backyard.
The kitchen
Large kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Guests can also use blender and some kitchen utensils.
Other things to note
No loud music, smoking, drinking allowed. No laundry allowed without host permission. Guests must return keys, remove all trash, make up beds, wash all used dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas before checkout.
