About this space
Welcome to Virginia! We are offering a private room with minimalist decor and full bath featured in the heart of Virginia Beach. Guest Wi-Fi and street parking are available. Our neighborhood is quiet, close to parks, great food, shopping, the beach, and U-pick fields (summer). We are within a 10-15min drive of the Oceanfront, VB Convention Ctr, air base, VB Amphitheater, and VB Sports Complex.
The space
Guests will have a semi-private entrance (through garage) and a fully private hall, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom is spacious with a full-size bed. Guests are welcome to go on strolls of the neighborhood.
The kitchen
We do not share kitchen space with guests.
Other things to note
Our cat lives in our homeowner space, but does not wander in guest space. Pet dander allergy sufferers are welcome! Our home and neighborhood is generally quiet, but full of kids of all ages. Parking on the street in front of the property is for guests.
