- No pets, smoking or events allowed - Vegan/plant-based foods only in house or on property - Close doors to outside when you are upstairs or out in the neighbourhood as brush turkeys, cockatoos and king parrots sometimes enter house and can suffer or cause damage - Lock front and back doors at night; don't use house alarm - No walking shoes or muddy feet in house (to protect oriental rugs) (Shoes and feet can be washed with brush and hose at garden tap near one corner of the back porch) - Do not remove table protectors/cloths and use mats/coasters on tables - Guests are welcome to read any of the many catalogued books in the house provided they are replaced where found - Guests must bring their own beach towels. Do not take bath towels to the beach. - Strip quilt covers, fitted sheets and pillow slips from beds before departure and leave bath towels, hand towels and tea towels with bed linen Code of Conduct Host and guests are also bound to comply with their respective obligations under the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
