Bouddi-ful is a vegan 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom double-storey house near Macmasters Beach, Little Beach and the Bouddi National Park. It has spacious interior living and dining areas, ocean views, ducted heat/air conditioning, NBN, secluded outdoor living areas and a solar-heated pool. Garden and interior have privacy from adjacent properties, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for conversation, meals, music, movies, reading, contemplation or whatever you enjoy.
Other things to note
There are two off-road parking spots for guests and ample free street parking. Macmasters Beach is within easy walking distance and also accessible by car. Putty and Killcare Beaches are accessible by car. Other beaches on the Bouddi Peninsula are accessible by walking tracks or fire trails. Shopping is available at Kincumber or Woy Woy. - No pets, smoking or events allowed - Vegan/plant-based foods only in house or on property - Close doors to outside when you are upstairs or out in the neighbourhood as brush turkeys, cockatoos and king parrots sometimes enter house and can suffer or cause damage - Lock front and back doors at night; don't use house alarm - No walking shoes or muddy feet in house (to protect oriental rugs) (Shoes and feet can be washed with brush and hose at garden tap near one corner of the back porch) - Do not remove table protectors/cloths and use mats/coasters on tables - Guests are welcome to read any of the many catalogued books in the house provided they are replaced where found - Guests must bring their own beach towels. Do not take bath towels to the beach. - Strip quilt covers, fitted sheets and pillow slips from beds before departure and leave bath towels, hand towels and tea towels with bed linen Code of Conduct Host and guests are also bound to comply with their respective obligations under the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
