I moved to Abruzzo from northern Italy to create a different kind of life—one that feels slower, more authentic, and closer to who I truly am. Our property is set in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by nature and peace. It sits on 3 hectares of land with two olive groves, offering an authentic rural atmosphere for guests who love open spaces, silence, and a strong connection to the natural world. The nearest village is just a 5-minute drive away, making everyday conveniences easily accessible while still enjoying complete tranquillity. Within a short drive, guests can explore some of the most beautiful spots of the area, including the renowned Punta Aderci Nature Reserve (less than 20 minutes away) and the sandy beach of Punta Penna. The town of Vasto is also just 15 minutes away, offering all main services as well as a local deli with a good selection of vegan-friendly products. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and its natural and coastal beauty.

The space
The Water room is a bright triple bedroom located on the first floor, offering beautiful panoramic views over the valley and the Majella mountains. It features one comfortable double bed and one spacious single bed (120 cm wide), making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Other things to note
We are a fully vegan property, and we kindly ask guests to respect this choice in all shared spaces. Animal products such as meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey are not permitted in common areas, with no exceptions, including for children or elderly guests. We believe our vegan breakfast is varied, nourishing, and accessible, and suitable even for those less familiar with plant-based food. Each room is equipped with a mini bar, where guests may store their own food, including non-vegan items if needed. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask guests to wear indoor slippers or socks inside the house and to leave outdoor shoes at the entrance. We are pet-friendly, and we live with two dogs and a free-roaming cat on the property. One of our dogs is visually impaired and very tactile, meaning he may approach guests closely and make physical contact. This may not be ideal for particularly shy or fearful animals. Please also note that the property is not fenced. The area is generally very quiet and surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful countryside stay. Free parking is available on site.
