About this space
We live in the best 'hood in Toronto—the Annex. Veggie restaurants galore. Hipsters, LGBTQ folks, retirees, new immigrants—we all get along. Our home is on a tree-lined street with fabulous neighbours just steps away from everything: restaurants, cafes, shops, hospitals, universities, houses of worship, public transport—buses and subway.
The space
Two floors for your exclusive use, including fabulous living room with gas fireplace, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. First floor—large master suite with private bath and an office for your use. Lower floor— our gorgeous airbnb apt with its own private bedroom & bath. Both floors share the fully stocked vegetarian kitchen, and only you will be in the house, no other renters. Older kids welcome, but sorry we cannot accommodate toddlers or pets.
Guest access: The third floor (our bedroom) will be closed though no one will be in it. You have the entire rest of the house. The two floors you rent will have drawers and lots of space for your use alone!
The kitchen
We've got a beautiful new induction stove top and fully stocked pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for you that are all vegetarian. No meat has ever been in our kitchen!
Other things to note
Overnight street parking is not allowed unless you have a permit from the city. We will help you apply for a city permit.
We will not rent the two floors separately so this rental is only for the full house and only for the minimum of 10 days.
