About this space
Peaceful gorgeous jungle home on "Magic Hill", where we have access to a lookout over the jungle to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The house is brand-new, finished in January 2024, by a local Tico, surrounded by gardens and with a 6 metre by 6 metre outdoor platform for personal practice or workshops/conscious events.The room is tall, has a private entrance, private bathroom with shower (no hot water), and personal seating area.Only shared areas are the kitchen, gardens, and outdoor dojo (platform).

One bedroom for one adult female, in a quiet retreat-like nature setting.

Brand-new open kitchen facing the jungle: fridge, stove, toaster oven, rice cooker, marble countertops... along with my trusty Blendtec industrial blender, medical grade filter on the kitchen water to drink straight from the land's well... and fully stocked with pots and pans etc. Strong preference for only plant-based food ingredients in fridge and cookware.
Other things to note
My companion kitten Lito lives in the house. He is neutered, so sweet, and takes his time getting to know new people, so he won't be in your face or space unless you stay longterm :)
