Beautiful Bedrooms minutes from Universal Studios

This house is large, with two floors, separate dining room

and living spaces and a long galley kitchen. The backyard is the best part, there’s a big wooden deck and lots of seating options. Squirrels and birds visit all day. I’ve traveled all over the world so my decor reflects that color and style. The two available bedrooms are lovely and have smart TV’s with apps and satellite, desks, dressers, closets, all you really need to bring is your own clothing and personal fx and you can move in. Books, games, it’s a stocked house. All is provided except your personal food!

Truly I have everything you need.. maybe not a bread maker! All vegan, every day all day. You’ll have a separate cabinet and fridge shelf and counter fruit bowls dedicated for your own personal use. Please do plan on buying your own food but I’m happy to make coffee and provide some basics like seasonings. My partner loves to cook so often we have some shared food for the renters!

Please no laundry-washing after 10pm otherwise we stay respectful and considerate and friendly so there are no formal rules as long as we are all thoughtful and kind! There are five animals in the house. Three indoor cats and two small dogs. Everyone is friendly and loves attention and affection. P

Cats are NOT outdoor cats so do not allow them out!! Thanks for that!

No one can enter your personal spaces without your permission. This is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is a breeze. WiFi is great, there are even multiple options to accommodate both levels.
