My partner and I are vegans, love to travel, love animals, love to love life and are both in the Film/TV Production industry. We have an Airstream and try to use it often. Personal growth, animal rescue, unconditional love, great vegan food and local community are priorities around here. I am a reiki practitioner, positive thought coach, Human Design guide, meditation facilitator and we are both Vegan Lifestyle Educators besides our careers, me as a Casting Director and my partner as a Safety and Security Supervisor and Transportation Manager. We adore hosting people from all over the world and helping people also love and get to know LA!
My Lifestyle
My partner is a skilled vegan chef so there’s plenty of food around here! Luckily we live in a very very vegan-friendly area too filled with plenty of good vegan restaurants and we are so grateful! We work hard and play hard, making time for our own animals and rescuing animals and love being in a creative field where we can use our skills.
Fun Facts About Me
I grew up in Brazil and Peru and have lived in Paris and Switzerland and am a casting director. Am also fascinated by Human Design and dive in deep with my personal journey every day! I am a meditation teacher and reiki healer and a positive thought coach. Both of us have a vegan lifestyle and coaching certification through Victoria Moran too. I’m a 4/6 Ego Projector in Human Design! And Guin is a 6/2 Emotional Generator. Curious about Human Design..? Ask me about it and it will light me up! ❤️💚

Super close to the major studios, the arts district, movie theaters, parks, coffee, cafes, the fun thrift shop area in Burbank, everything is within walking distance. Our favorite vegan restaurants are in this neighborhood! So lucky.

About This Space
A closer look at the stay
About
Welcome! My home is spacious and so warm and welcoming, colorful and inviting! I have a beautiful backyard filled with vibrant bougainvillea and large trees, plenty of space to relax and enjoy being present! Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms can be rented separately or just one bedroom/bathroom can be rented. I offer it as one listing in case there is a need for a total space for two couples - or friends who don’t want to share a room yet be under the same roof. My partner and I live upstairs in a separate yet attached space so there’s lots of room to breathe here. LA is my home city and I know it well so I’m happy to give you lots of guidance and suggestion. We do have cats and dogs here (dogs are vegan, cats are not). Street Parking is plentiful and there is a bus stop on the corner as well as two close-by metro stops. Honestly, my home is special and charming and I’ll love hosting you!
The space
This house is large, with two floors, separate dining room and living spaces and a long galley kitchen. The backyard is the best part, there’s a big wooden deck and lots of seating options. Squirrels and birds visit all day. I’ve traveled all over the world so my decor reflects that color and style. The two available bedrooms are lovely and have smart TV’s with apps and satellite, desks, dressers, closets, all you really need to bring is your own clothing and personal fx and you can move in. Books, games, it’s a stocked house. All is provided except your personal food!
The kitchen
Truly I have everything you need.. maybe not a bread maker! All vegan, every day all day. You’ll have a separate cabinet and fridge shelf and counter fruit bowls dedicated for your own personal use. Please do plan on buying your own food but I’m happy to make coffee and provide some basics like seasonings. My partner loves to cook so often we have some shared food for the renters!
Other things to note
Please no laundry-washing after 10pm otherwise we stay respectful and considerate and friendly so there are no formal rules as long as we are all thoughtful and kind! There are five animals in the house. Three indoor cats and two small dogs. Everyone is friendly and loves attention and affection. P Cats are NOT outdoor cats so do not allow them out!! Thanks for that! No one can enter your personal spaces without your permission. This is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is a breeze. WiFi is great, there are even multiple options to accommodate both levels.
