Please keep in mind that silent hours are from 10pm to 8am including no music, no guests and no parties and to be respectful with the neighbors. It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. GENERAL RULES FOR PETS For your stay to be as pleasant as possible and does not cause any inconvenience for the rest of the neighbors: - Pets cost $20/ animal/stay. -A maximum of one pet is allowed per property, in case of bringing more than one (maximum 2 small) or the pet is more than 30 kilos, a guarantee deposit of $100 in cash is requested to cover possible damages, If there are no damages in the property after check out, the money will be fully refunded. - Only dogs are allowed, no cats, no birds, no reptiles or any other animals. - The owner of the animal will have the obligation to keep the dog in the right hygienic and sanitary conditions. - The owner of the animal is responsible for the damage caused by the pet either to third parties or to the furniture. - At all times the guest is responsible for their pet and its behavior. - Your pet is not allowed to relieve itself on the property, they have the green areas at their disposal as long as they collect their stools. - To leave or enter the facilities, you must always keep your pet well tied and on a short leash. - Your pet may not remain alone in the property at any time. This is to avoid possible inconveniences such as barking or crying, as well as damage to the property's furniture. - Pets are not allowed to be on beds or sofas of the property - The pet can not be bathed in the bathrooms or showers in the rooms, nor can towels be used to dry it. - Before making the reservation, please let us know that you are traveling with a pet. We appreciate compliance with these rules and hope you have a pleasant stay.

They also offer acupressure sessions which involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. They can provide you with raw vegan meals, provide personalized yoga classes, Reiki or Tai Chi and offer nutrition and wellness coaching since both hosts are Naturopath Health Coaches. They can also take you around to the best spots in town.
