Although we charge a cleaning fee, we DO NOT charge for use of 5 kayaks( + life jackets) 3 bikes, 2 portacots, high chair, linen, towels or wifi.

We also provide a complimentary starter pack of tea, sugar, coffee etc

Bring your boat / tinny or borrow our kayaks and with the canal at your back garden you are able to enjoy all water activities or just sit and watch from the sandy beach that is yours to use.

There is a boat ramp from the triple garage straight into the canal, which leads into the Maroochy River and Coral sea.

Beautiful broadwater views can be enjoyed from the undercover entertainment area

complete with barbecue .

Close to the beaches of Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba with its ever popular cafe strip.

If you want to take it easy all these activities can be observed from the balcony…watch the pelicans and boats cruise by.

Within walking distance or a short drive to Sunshine Plaza or Cotton Tree which is popular for dining, markets and Maroochydore beach.
