When creating Ethos Vegan Suites, our main goal was to create a welcoming sanctuary of relaxation and tranquillity, one that absolutely respects the world we live in and everything on it. Working with natural materials, we have designed a world of comfort with an authentic Santorinian character, a world that awaits you for a memorable summer holiday.

The space

Our refreshing concept of accommodation is a well-balanced play of utilizing natural materials and the bioclimatic benefits of Santorinian architecture to create spaces as eco-friendly as they are beautiful. Each room is furnished with a king-size bed and a balcony with a hot-tub. Towels, slippers, bathrobes, and bedding are made from organic cotton. Breakfast is prepared using organic, seasonal, and locally grown ingredients. We use organic/bio-degradable cleaning supplies and laundry detergent, while we hang laundry to dry. We use filtered/tested well water for all our establisment's needs All our appliances and lightbulbs throughout the premises are energy efficient. Sustainable Initiatives: - Towels, slippers, bathrobes, and bedding are made from organic cotton. - We use organic/bio-degradable cleaning supplies and laundry detergent, while we hang laundry to dry. - We use filtered/tested well water for all our establishment's needs - All our appliances and lightbulbs throughout the premises are energy efficient. - We recycle, compost, and maintain an organic garden on the hotel’s rooftop, together with flower and herb walls. - The rooms feature low-chemical hot tubs. - Our future plans include the installation of solar panels. The décor of our common areas and rooms was designed by local artisans, using only natural, cruelty-free materials, while maintaining the island’s rich cultural character in styling the premises.

Organic ingredients from our garden, local produce from carefully selected farms and innovative inspiration from the world around are the foundation of our breakfast menu, which merges traditional Greek and international cuisine to a vegan breakfast proposal to please the most demanding palate!
