Other

I bring decades of experience in the healing and creative arts, offering a unique blend of wellness, movement, and expression-based support. I’ve taught macrobiotic vegan cooking for many years, and my work includes meditation coaching, creativity mentoring, writing guidance, yoga, and cranio-sacral energy work. I also offer compassionate grief support, not clinical counseling, but a heart-based space to be seen, heard, and held through life’s transitions. I was raised by a mother who taught yoga for over 50 years, and I now carry that tradition forward in my own gentle, grounded approach to teaching. I also work as a voice and sound coach, helping others connect to the power and healing resonance of their voice. Whether you're looking to reconnect with your creativity, nourish your body, find your voice, or simply rest and restore, I’m here to support you with presence, care, and a wealth of lived experience at your refuge in rest.
