A rare vegan refuge in the Balkan countryside.

The space

We have three rooms in a traditional wooden house, one of them has two double beds in but is accessed through one of the other rooms. There is no central heating in the wooden house, just electric heaters. We have beds available in the living room of the main house where there is a stove.

The kitchen

Guests are not meant to use the kitchen facilities unless they insist on helping us cook!

Other things to note

Sid and Nancy live with us at Barabrith. Sid is a very friendly ginger cat and Nancy is a wierdo. They are both very 'talkative'

The buildings are all smoking free.

The Wifi does reach the wooden house but is stronger in the main house living room.

The neighbours opposite have three dogs that can be noisy.

We offer reductions for more than one night and those who arrive by bicycle!
