Getting around the area
Owning a car can be convenient, but it's not entirely necessary as there is a bus stop located just one house away. Additionally, a grocery store and library are less than half a mile away. The YMCA is a quick 5-minute drive, and there's also a fantastic hike and bike trail nearby. Depending on traffic, it takes around 15 minutes to reach downtown. During the summer months, there is a free neighborhood pool 3 minutes away by car.

Located in a serene residential area of Central East Austin, this mid-70's house is conveniently situated close to major highways such as 183, 290 and IH35. The property includes three senior cats and features a living room, den, and a screened porch with a hot tub.
The space
Enjoy a private bedroom with a desk and closet, as well as a private bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, TV den, screened patio, and fenced backyard.
The kitchen
My kitchen is well-stocked with an espresso machine, French press, blender, food processor, and other essential tools. As a professional vegan cook, I have everything I need to create delicious meals.
