I'm renting out my peaceful space sanctuary and home from December 18st - February 30th 2023It is perched up right next to Beverly Hills in a beautiful neighborhood with a nice backyard and patio. It a very spacious 1 bedroom and really well priced for the area. Everything is included from a washer & dryer in the apartment, high speed internet wifi, electric, trash, water and gas. One of the best things about this space is that it's very central. You can get all over town rather easily. If you're not in the mood to cook up a sumptuous meal, there's a vegan Thai Kosher restaurant 5 mins away along with many other vegan restaurants within 15mins. Other info:1 Large queen bed in the bedroom and 2 extra's singles available. It's close to pretty much everything. 15mins from a hike and just a short walk to some tasty dine-in's. 15mins from the Santa Monica, 7 mins to Culver City and Metro. Large quaint backyard, balcony with a beautiful view of trees.

Hi my name is Vasu. Welcome to my home! I've lived here for well over 7 years now. The neighborhood is such a hidden gem. It's close by most of LA and yet feels a bit private. You'll love it especially if you're one who is looking to get around town while being close to most restaurants and outings. I'm a lifelong vegetarian turned vegan about 5years ago now. It's been a wonderful transition as it's become more inline with my spiritual practices and values. My service: I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner and a mind/ lifestyle designer. I work clients and students of all walks of life teaching them about their unique metabolic and psychological profiles, how to eat for your body type, how to alkalize the mind to support a life of vibrant health, creating value systems and structures where happiness and well-being are the natural outcome, annual physical and mental detoxes and therapeutic lifestyle changes (TLC). In other words how to live life of fulfillment by getting out of your own way and realigning with nature.
