About this space
Two rooms available for travelers, with a shared bathroom, with a great view, we keep it simple, white walls, natural light.We have outdoor wood table, chairs, solar lights, a barbeque for grilled veggies or any type of food you like, a fire pit as well, great space to hang out.Wifi ,Laundry, kitchen,20 min from the beach, a reserve park area behind our home.Close to Indian reservation, farmers market between others.3 beds 2.5 bath house condo.
The space
Room #1. small closet, a additional space saving furniture, twin bed,(if its a couple, we can add a small bed in the room).
Room#2 large closet, twin bed as well, full length mirrors in both rooms
Both rooms are upstairs, close to the entrance, they both share same bathroom.
Guest access: Closed community, if you have a car there is plenty of space to park, you don't have to pay for it.
The kitchen
The kitchen has a juicer Breville, Vitamix, Spiralizer, vegetable slicer,wheat grass manual machine, stove, a slow cooking oven.
Cuban market, selling Cane sugar juice, great in the morning! at one block.

We are located in Kendall area, close to Homestead, several farmers market in there, Budisth temple, meditation center
Key largo and West, plenty of beach activities in there.
Key Biscayne park at 15min from home, Coconut Grove a turist shopping area, some organic restaurants, plenty of yoga places,
Two Whole food stores close by Sunset and Pinecrest, Fresh Market, Cuban supermarket having this wornderful cane sugar juice at one block.
Deerwood park, kayaking trips in there, old cutler road for runners and bike trails, Tropical child park, Black point Marina and Old cutler road Marina.
One block from Turnpike, South Beach area, Coral Gables Vizcaya castle between others.

I'm studying for a Certification and my husband works different schedules, We are respectful, we have had roomates for long time, so we are really independent and we love to have people home and make them feel comfortable. We don't have specific rules, you can go out and come back late if you want, just some quietness at night or early morning. Try to be conscious with the bathroom, because its shared, and be organized with kitchen, not much. We are pretty easy.

We are a couple living in Miami, we had roommates for long time, from different countries. We are so use to have people around the house, my daughter its traveling for school, so she's not around often and I always try to have some people over. I have been vegetarian, for almost 4 years, I would love to meet minded people. Great location, close to turnpike, we have a natural green area in front of the house and an old tenis court, but still works. A couple farmer's markets close by. If you never been in Miami, be my guest.
