We have a small dining room leading into the kitchen. The bathroom is downstairs and has a bath with a shower over it. The sitting room has a double sofa bed that could accommodate 2 more people, no extra charge for this. There is a large flat screen TV and WIFI through out the house. There is a small games cupboard for those indoors rainy lazy days. Guests will also have access to our extensive collection of natural history books. We ask that this is treated with care. Guests also have access to the outside space to the front of the the house where meals can be enjoyed on the patio area overlooking our front lawn that we manage as a wildflower meadow to encourage wildlife. More photos to follow of the house and garden soon.
The house is available to let through August 2016 initially. So heating is unlikely to be needed but we have electric heaters in the dining room and the sitting room if needed. If it gets particularly cold, unpredictable British weather and all that..., then the house is heated via the back boiler of the stove in the sitting room. Coal and wood is provided. Usually the electric heaters are enough. Upstairs main bedroom has extensive views to the front and rear and has a double bed. The second bedroom has views to the front and sleeps 2 in twin beds.
The kitchen has an induction stove top and oven. Hand blender and jug blender, masticating juicer and a washing machine.
Guest access is via the front of the house and parking is on the quiet road at the front. Full use of the house, including; kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bathroom and the 2 upstairs bedrooms along side the front patio area with chairs and table for dining and a wild meadow front lawn.
Please keep an eye out for the cat. Morgan is a youngish fluffy black cat. He is very friendly and loves lots of attention but on his own terms as is the want of cats. He will come and go as he pleases via the cat flap in the back door. He will need feeding morning and evening and the food sachets will be provided. Any problems then there is a vet in the village and my parents are nearby in the next village. Their contact details will be provided.

Set in a row of retired social housing properties behind the scenic architecture of St Mary's spire. The neighbours are all very friendly and the gentle undulating views offer uninhibited scenes of fields and hedgerows under Norfolk's infamous big skies. To the East lies the beach and the coastal road.
The beach, Old Hunstanton Beach Cafe, The Granary Antiques and Collectables on the village bypass, The Rose and Crown pub in the village, The Jolly Sailor's pub in Brancaster Staithe, Burnham Market, Fakenham's actual market on a Thursday morning, Swaffham's market on a Saturday morning, local car boot sales, look out for the signs or check local press 'Your Local Paper' or 'The Lynn News', other fates and events in local villages.
Car most likely but there is a bus stop opposite the pharmacy in the village and regular buses that go into King's Lynn where other national coach services and rail links are available. And in the other direction bus services can be enjoyed along the coast, look out for the Coast Hopper, hop on and off and explore the coastline.

About Your Host
Coastal Norfolk Vegan house for holiday let only, sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There's also a sofa bed in the sitting room. We are offering sole use of the house and front garden to small groups, friends and families. We are keeping the price low due to the very friendly resident cat, Morgan, who will need feeding so cat friendly people only please. The house is a semi detached property, with friendly neighbours, nestled amongst stunning rural views to the front and rear. A short 5 minute walk into the village has a local supermaket, hairdressers, craft shop, gallery, chip shop, etc and bus stops with routes to King's Lynn or Hunstanton and beyond. The village pub won the Good Pub Guides Pub of the Year a couple of years back and serves great vegan food on request. The bird reserve on the marshes here is well known for the influx of Pink Footed Geese.
