Rest easy here! Clean, comfortable and super quiet guestroom with queen bed and your own bathroom. Tranquil townhouse community. Located very close to both 285 and 75. A 15 minute drive to midtown. Access to hiking trails and Chattahoochee River.
You'll have a comfy queen size bed. Closet for your use. Your own bathroom. The bedroom has direct access to the covered deck. There is also a lovely private front porch (also covered) facing the woods.
I have a very well equipped kitchen. Besides all the normal cookery, there is a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, vitamix. I don't drink coffee but I have a 4 cup coffee maker for your use. I do not have a microwave but there is a small toaster oven.
You are welcome to use the living room and TV. There is a Roku with Netflix. A few loads of laundry depending on your length of stay is fine. There is a pool but you will need to be accompanied by a community member to have access. Happy to take you there if I am around.
If you smoke you have 2 nice outside areas to do so. Shoes off at the door - I will provide slippers for your use.
The townhouse is in a super quiet community. It is a very peaceful setting among many tall trees. It's a great place to take a morning walk or run. There is access to hiking trails directly from our complex that lead to the Chatahoochee River.
Close to many restaurants, shops, and mall. Anything you need is available in the neighborhood (pharmacy, dry cleaners, Starbucks, etc.)
I recommend a car at this location. There is public transportation (bus) closeby into the city but it is not terribly convenient. You can use car services to Marta for approx $14. There is a garage space that you can use. There is also ample parking available on the street.
